Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a message on your phone with all the details, including the rental agreement related to your stay. For any needs, you can contact us through the same channel: we are available every day from 08:00 to 22:00, continuously!

Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive freely, without constraints.

• Bed linen and towels provided according to the number of guests and beds booked.
• Basic kitchen kit: dishcloth, detergent, sponge, garbage bag.
• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom.

⚠️ FOR HYGIENE REASONS, no food items are provided in the house (e.g., sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee).

⚠️ CAMOGLI is a charming village with a limited traffic zone (ZTL) in the “historic center.” If you decide to visit Camogli by car 🚗, we recommend checking access times. In any case, you will find paid parking in town 🅿️ where you can leave your car and enjoy your stay worry-free! 😊

👶 TRAVELING WITH SMALL CHILDREN?
• We offer a crib and high chair upon request for children aged 0 to 2 years.
• The service costs €30 for the entire stay, including bed linen.

🐾 PETS WELCOME!
• We are happy to welcome your four-legged friends upon request and confirmation. Small size only.
• Additional cost: €30 per stay.
• Any damage to furniture or fabrics will be charged.

🧾 TOURIST TAX
• €3.00 per person per day, up to a maximum of 7 days, all year round.
• Children under 15 are exempt.
• The tax is not included in the booking price.

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION
• We kindly ask you to respect waste separation rules.
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of garbage.
• Otherwise, a €30 penalty will be applied.

❄️🔥 DURING THE WINTER PERIOD (01/11 – 31/03), for stays of 29 days or more, electricity and heating consumption are not included in the stay rate and an additional charge will be applied during your stay, calculated after checking the consumption meters.
