Its location is ideal: just a 10–15 minute drive from Camogli, Portofino, Santa Margherita Ligure, and Recco, and well connected by public transport. Camogli, a typical Ligurian seaside village, enchants visitors with its colorful houses, narrow alleys, stairways, and the charming seaside promenade leading to the Basilica of Santa Maria Assunta, the historic symbol of the town.

The villa is surrounded by a lovely garden with a barbecue area, ideal for relaxing and enjoying warm summer evenings 🍷🔥.
With approximately 200 m² spread over two floors, the house offers spacious and bright interiors: two double bedrooms, two bedrooms with bunk beds, three comfortable bathrooms (one with a bathtub 🛁), a beautiful fully equipped kitchen, and a bright living room with direct access to the garden. The house also features a charming dining room, perfect for enjoying special dinners with family and friends 🍽️💫.

📍 Please note: the house is located in a quiet and secluded area, surrounded by nature 🌿, ideal for those seeking peace and relaxation. Supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and pharmacies are not within walking distance, so having a car is essential for getting around comfortably 🚗.

👶 TRAVELING WITH SMALL CHILDREN?
• We offer a crib and high chair on request for children aged 0 to 2 years.
• The service costs €30 for the entire stay, including bed linen.

🧾 CITY TAX
• €2.50 per person per day, up to a maximum of 7 days.
• Children under 15 years old are exempt.
• The tax is NOT included in the booking price.

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION
• Please respect the rules for waste separation.
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of garbage.
• Otherwise, a penalty of €30 will be applied.

⚠️ CAMOGLI is a charming village with a limited traffic zone (ZTL) in the “historic center.” If you decide to visit Camogli by car 🚗, we recommend checking access times. In any case, you will find paid parking 🅿️ in town where you can leave your car and enjoy your stay without worries! 😊
