0243 - VILLA AURORA

This charming, private and quiet villa is part of a very well maintained and quiet residential complex. The house has two bedrooms, one of which has a private bathroom, a beautiful living room and a separate kitchen that opens onto the large terrace. One of the highlights of the house is the private pool and large garden. The house is equipped with everything you need for your stay. The house has air conditioning and 2 private parking spaces. You should know that supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and bars are far from the property and you will need a car to reach the nearest stores.

Once you make your reservation, you will receive a confirmation message on your cell phone. If you need to contact us, you can text us at the same number. Hours: daily from 08:00 to 22:00 (extended hours).

Access to the apartment is by Self Check In only.
Check in: starting from 15:00. If you require an earlier arrival time, please send a request message at least 12 hours in advance (response will be based on property availability).
Bed linen and towels are included. Arrangements will be made based on the number of people for whom the reservation was made and based on the number of beds indicated.
Small kitchen kit (kitchen towel, a small bottle of dish detergent, a sponge for washing dishes, a garbage bag). In each bathroom, a small welcome set with soap, shampoo and shower gel and 3 toilet paper.
For hygiene reasons, you will not find any food items in the house (no sugar, coffee, oil, salt or pepper).
Check out: no later than 11:00 am. If you require an extended departure time, you must send a request message at least 12 hours in advance (response will be based on property availability).

STAY TAX (city tax of 2.50 Euro per day per person for a maximum of 7 days - Minors under 15 years old excluded). It is NOT included in the reservation price.

Guests are requested to respect the separate collection of garbage. Upon check out, no garbage should be left inside the apartment, otherwise the guest will be charged a penalty of 30.00 euros.

EXTRA PAYMENT SERVICES.
EARLY CHECK IN: You can arrive early (from 08:00) with 12 hours notice and subject to property availability. The cost of this service is 40 euros.
LATE CHECK OUT: It is possible to leave at 15:00 at the latest, with 12 hours notice and subject to property availability. The cost of this service is 50 euros.
PET FRIENDLY: We are pet lovers and will be happy to accommodate them. Upon request and subsequent confirmation by us. Has an additional cost of 30 euros (for the entire stay)
CRIB & HIGH CHAIR: You must make a request. This service has an additional cost of 30 euros for the entire stay and includes bedding. Service for children from 0 to 2 years old.
