It is a spacious and comfortable house, located just a few minutes from the center of Courmayeur.
From here you can reach the Mont Blanc cable car in a few minutes. Under the house you will also find a well-stocked Minimarket (Carrefour) and an ATM. A perfect base for days of skiing and hiking.
The house consists of a nice cozy living room where you can share evenings with family and friends, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed, one with two single beds, and a bathroom with shower.
Guests are provided with a private parking space.

Once you make your reservation, you will receive a confirmation message on your cell phone. If you need to contact us, you can send us a message to the same number. Hours: daily from 08:00 to 22:00 (extended hours).

Access to the apartment is by Self Check In only.

Check in: starting from 15:00. If you require an earlier arrival time, please send a request message at least 12 hours in advance (response will be based on property availability).

Bed linen and towels are included. Arrangements will be made based on the number of people for whom the reservation was made and based on the number of beds indicated.

Small kitchen kit (kitchen towel, a small bottle of dish detergent, a sponge for washing dishes, a garbage bag). In each bathroom, a small welcome set with soap, shampoo and shower gel and 3 toilet paper.

For hygiene reasons, you will not find any food items in the house (no sugar, coffee, oil, salt or pepper).

Check out: no later than 11:00 am. If you require an extended departure time, you must send a request message at least 12 hours in advance (response will be based on property availability).

STAY TAX (city tax per day per person for a maximum of 7 days - Minors under 15 years old excluded). It is NOT included in the reservation price. Depending on the season, the price per person varies from 1.00 euro to 2.00 euro.

Guests are requested to respect the separate collection of garbage. Upon check out, no waste should be left inside the apartment, otherwise the guest will be charged a penalty of 30.00 euros.
