More than just a place to stay, this apartment has been designed to make you feel at home from the very first moment. A welcoming, bright and peaceful space, ideal for enjoying quality time with your family, sharing special moments and discovering Liguria at your own pace. 🌿
The apartment is located on the first floor of a building without a lift and is easily accessible. Once inside, you will discover a charming little haven of peace and tranquillity, surrounded by greenery and enhanced by pleasant outdoor spaces. 🌅
The heart of the home is the bright open-plan living area, a space designed for spending time together and sharing special moments. It features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a comfortable double sofa bed. Here you can prepare a leisurely breakfast, enjoy a family dinner or simply relax after a day spent exploring the coast.
From the living room, you can access a pleasant terrace and a small garden with several areas dedicated to relaxation, perfect for unwinding, chatting, reading a book or enjoying a drink outdoors. 🌿☕🍷
The double bedroom offers an intimate and comfortable atmosphere, with an en-suite bathroom with shower and direct access to a lovely private terrace: a special corner where you can start your day at a relaxed pace.
The second bedroom, particularly welcoming for younger guests, features a bunk bed with two 90 x 180 cm beds. The apartment also has a second full bathroom with shower, providing greater comfort for the whole family.
To make your stay even more comfortable, the entire apartment is equipped with air conditioning and electric shutters. You will also have a convenient private parking space 🚗, allowing you to come and go with complete ease.

Its location allows you to enjoy the tranquillity of a residential setting while easily exploring the beauty of the surrounding area. Supermarkets, restaurants, bars and pharmacies are located some distance from the property, so we recommend having a car available. This will allow you to move around freely, discover beaches, villages and picturesque corners of Liguria and, at the end of the day, return to a place that truly feels like home. ❤️

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a message on your mobile phone with all the details, including the rental agreement for your stay. If you need anything, you can contact us through the same channel: we are available every day, from 08:00 to 22:00, without interruption!
🔑 EASY AND INDEPENDENT CHECK-IN
Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive with complete freedom, without any time constraints.

• We offer a cot and high chair upon request for children aged 0 to 2 years.
• The service costs €30 for the entire stay, including bed linen.
🐾 PETS WELCOME!
• We are happy to welcome your four-legged friends, upon request and confirmation.
• Additional cost: €30 per stay.
• Any damage to furniture or fabrics will be charged.
🧾 TOURIST TAX
• €2.50 per person per day, up to a maximum of 10 days, all year round.
• Children under 15 years of age are exempt.
• The tax is NOT included in the booking price.
♻️ WASTE SEPARATION
• We kindly ask you to follow the waste separation rules.
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of rubbish.
• Otherwise, a €30 penalty will be applied.

❄️🔥 DURING THE WINTER PERIOD (01/11 – 31/03), for stays of 29 days or more, electricity and heating consumption are not included in the accommodation rate. Consumption will be calculated based on meter readings and charged to the guest at the end of the stay, following the final verification of consumption.
