Ideal for those seeking peace and nature away from the city hustle, it offers splendid open views. From here, you can discover the treasures of Rapallo and reach Camogli through scenic panoramic routes. Perfect for hosting up to 4 people!

🛏️ YOUR ACCOMMODATION
🏡 The house offers a cozy living room with a single sofa bed, an integrated kitchen, a double bedroom, and a single bedroom, as well as a comfortable bathroom with a shower 🚿. Air conditioning is available in the living area to ensure maximum comfort ❄️.
Guests also have a private parking space 🚗 at their disposal. Please note that the house is immersed in nature, far from shops and restaurants: a car is essential for getting around easily!

Once the booking is confirmed, you will receive a message on your mobile phone with all the details, including the rental agreement related to your stay. For any needs, you can contact us through the same channel: we are available every day from 08:00 to 22:00, non-stop!

Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive freely without constraints.

• 🕚 Check-out: by 11:00 AM.

Send us a message at least 12 hours in advance: the service is subject to availability.

• ✅ Late check-out (until 3:00 PM): €50

🛏️ INCLUDED COMFORTS
• Bed linen and towels provided based on the number of guests and beds booked.
• Basic kitchen kit: tea towel, detergent, sponge, garbage bag.
• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom.

⚠️ FOR HYGIENE REASONS, there are no food items in the house (e.g., sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee).

👶 TRAVELING WITH SMALL CHILDREN?
• We offer a crib and high chair on request for children aged 0 to 2 years.
• The service costs €30 for the entire stay, including sheets.

🐾 PETS WELCOME!
• We are happy to welcome your four-legged friends, upon request and confirmation.
• Additional cost: €30 per stay.
• In case of any damage to furniture or fabrics, charges will apply.

🧾 TOURIST TAX
• €2.50 per person per day, up to a maximum of 10 days.
• Children under 15 years are exempt.
• The tax is not included in the booking price.

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION
• We kindly ask you to respect the waste separation rules.
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of waste.
• Otherwise, a €30 penalty will be applied.
