Casa Valentina is located in a typical Ligurian building, in a central area near the charming harbor of Camogli.
It is the perfect starting point for a seaside holiday without the need to use a car or public transport.
In just 5 minutes on foot you can reach the seafront, shops, bars, and restaurants.
Everything at your fingertips, for a comfortable and relaxing stay!

🛏️ YOUR ACCOMMODATION

The house consists of a cozy and bright living room with a spectacular view 🌅, a comfortable dining room, a spacious kitchen with dining area, one double bedroom, two bedrooms with single beds, and a bathroom with shower 🚿.
Air conditioning ❄️ is available in the living room and in the double bedroom for maximum comfort.
Guests have access to a private outdoor parking space 🚗 located just a few steps from the house.
Even though it is not in the same building, the short distance won’t be an issue: you’ll enjoy your stay without worries! 😊
To access the apartment, there is a small staircase before the elevator 🔼.

Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a message on your phone with all the details, including the rental agreement for your stay.

Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive freely, without constraints.

• Bed linen and towels provided based on the number of guests and beds booked

⚠️ FOR HYGIENE REASONS, no food items are provided in the house (e.g. sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee)

⚠️ CAMOGLI is a charming village with a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) in the “Historic Center.”
If you decide to visit Camogli by car 🚗, we recommend checking the access times.
In any case, paid parking 🅿️ is available in town where you can leave your car and enjoy your stay without worries! 😊

👶 TRAVELING WITH SMALL CHILDREN?
• We offer a crib and high chair upon request for children aged 0 to 2 years
• The service costs €30 for the entire stay, including linens

🐾 PETS WELCOME!
• We are happy to welcome your four-legged friends, upon request and confirmation
• Additional cost: €30 per stay
• Any damage to furniture or fabrics will be charged accordingly

🧾 TOURIST TAX
• €2.50 per person per day, up to a maximum of 7 days
• Children under 15 are exempt
• The tax is not included in the reservation price

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION
• Please respect the recycling rules
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of waste
• Otherwise, a €30 fee will apply

❄️🔥 DURING THE WINTER PERIOD (01/11 – 31/03), for stays longer than 30 days, a small extra charge is applied for electricity and heating consumption.
