Welcome to Casa Rossa, an oasis of peace surrounded by greenery on the hills, just 15 minutes from the center of Rapallo and connected by a city minibus with 4 daily rides. Here you can relax in the tranquility of nature, surrounded by olive trees, roses, and lemon plants, just steps from the sea and the treasures of the Ligurian Riviera.
Just a few minutes away, the charming Sanctuary of Our Lady of Montallegro with its splendid view of the Gulf of Tigullio, and the enchanting villages of Camogli, Santa Margherita, and Portofino await you for an unforgettable stay.

🏡 In a complex of three single-family buildings, your delightful accommodation, in a completely independent building spread over two floors, will win you over with its irresistible charm ✨ and welcoming comfort.
On the ground floor you will find a bright living room with a sofa bed 🛋️, a modern bathroom with shower 🚿, and a fully equipped kitchen 🍽️, perfect for preparing every meal in total comfort.
Via a spiral staircase 🔁 or directly from the garden 🌿, you reach the upper floor, where a spacious, bright double bedroom 🛏️ awaits you, along with a second bathroom with window and shower 🚿, and a spectacular walk-in closet 👗.
Outside, in a boundless garden of green lawns, olive trees, citrus, and roses 🌺🍋🌳, you can relax under the sun ☀️ and starry Riviera sky ✨ and enjoy pure moments of relaxation in the shared swimming pool 🏊‍♀️ which is accessible only to the guests of the house (max 4 people).
❄ The house is equipped with air conditioning on both floors to offer you maximum comfort in every season.
🚗 There is no private parking, but you can park easily and for free along the public road.
🚶 To reach the house, you need to walk about 500 meters along a charming, fully lit path, with flat stretches and descending stairs — but we assure you, this won’t be an issue once you discover the wonderful house that awaits you 🏡💖

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a message on your mobile phone with all the details, including the rental contract for your stay. For any needs, you can contact us through the same channel: we are available every day from 08:00 to 22:00, non-stop!

Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive freely, without constraints.

Send us a message at least 12 hours in advance: service is subject to availability.

🛏️ INCLUDED COMFORT
• Bed linen and towels provided based on number of guests and booked beds.
• Basic kitchen kit: tea towel, detergent, sponge, trash bag.
• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 toilet paper rolls per bathroom.

⚠️ FOR HYGIENE REASONS, no food is available in the house (e.g. sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee).

👶 TRAVELING WITH YOUNG CHILDREN?
• We offer a crib and high chair on request for children aged 0 to 2 years.
• The service costs €30 for the entire stay, including sheets.

🧾 TOURIST TAX
• €2.50 per person per day, up to a maximum of 10 days.
• Children under 15 are exempt.
• The tax is not included in the booking price.

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION
• We ask you to respect the rules of waste sorting.
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of waste.
• Otherwise, a €30 penalty will be applied.
