With two independent houses and one apartment accommodating up to 11 guests, a private pool, and breathtaking views of the gulf, it is the ideal place for those who wish to enjoy Liguria all year round—among nature, silence, and beauty.

In summer, the private pool offers freshness on hot days, while in winter, the wide windows let in the light of the surrounding landscape, and the warmth of the house—both from its cozy atmosphere and its comfortable heating—creates the perfect embrace for peaceful and rejuvenating days.
The private parking area can accommodate three cars. A place where time slows down, and every season has its own charm. 🌞❄️

🍋 “LEMONAIA”
Elegant and bright, it accommodates up to 5 people on a single floor with direct access to the pool. The living room is spacious and refined, and the modern, fully equipped kitchen offers a beautiful view of the pool.
It features two double bedrooms, one single bedroom, and two modern bathrooms with showers. Each room is equipped with air conditioning and heating, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay in every season. ✨

🌺 “LA TERRAZZA”
Ideal for 3 guests, it spans two floors full of light and warmth. On the ground floor, there is a cozy living room with a dining area, a large, well-equipped separate kitchen, a modern bathroom with a shower, and access to a spectacular terrace overlooking the hills of Rapallo, the pool, and the Gulf.
On the upper floor, there is a double bedroom with a breathtaking view, a single bedroom, and a second bathroom with a shower. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating, for total comfort in every season. 🌅

A small, charming nest for 3 people, featuring one double bedroom, one single bedroom, and a modern bathroom with a shower. Each room is air-conditioned and heated, ensuring well-being and relaxation throughout the year. Perfect for those seeking intimacy, tranquility, and contact with nature. 💫

• €2.50 per person per day, up to a maximum of 10 days.
• Children under 15 are exempt.
• The tax is not included in the booking price.
