🌿 Surrounded by greenery and peace, the villa offers a large garden and patio furnished with outdoor furniture to fully enjoy the beauty of the place. The private pool offers moments of pure relaxation, with a large and relaxing area to soak up the sun during the warm Ligurian summer days. The private parking area can accommodate up to three cars. A corner of peace where time seems to slow down. 🌞

🍋 “LEMONAIA”
Elegant and bright, it hosts up to 5 guests on a single floor with direct access to the pool. The living room is spacious and refined, and the modern, fully equipped kitchen offers a beautiful view of the pool. It features two double bedrooms, one single bedroom, and two modern bathrooms with showers. Every room has air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. ✨

🌺 “LA TERRAZZA”
Ideal for 3 guests, it extends over two floors filled with light and warmth. On the ground floor, there’s a cozy living room with dining area, a large separate and well-equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom with shower, and access to a spectacular terrace overlooking the hills of Rapallo, the pool, and the Gulf. On the upper floor, you’ll find a double bedroom with a stunning view, a single bedroom, and a second bathroom with shower. All rooms have air conditioning. 🌅

A small charming nest for 3 guests, featuring one double bedroom, one single bedroom, and a modern bathroom with shower. Each room is air-conditioned, ensuring comfort and relaxation in every season. Perfect for those seeking intimacy and tranquility. 💫
