🍋 “LEMONAIA”
Elegant, welcoming, and bright, it can accommodate up to 5 people on a single floor with direct access to the pool. The spacious and refined living room opens onto a modern, fully equipped kitchen overlooking the pool. Two double bedrooms, one single bedroom, and two modern bathrooms with showers offer comfort and privacy. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating, ensuring a warm and pleasant environment at any time of the year. ✨

🚗📏 THE ENTRANCE GATE TO THE PROPERTY has measurements to keep in mind: maximum height 2.10 m, maximum width 2.70 m.

🛎️ USEFUL INFORMATION FOR YOUR STAY
Once the reservation is confirmed, you will receive a message on your mobile phone with all the details, including the rental contract related to your stay. For any need, you can contact us through the same channel: we are available every day from 08:00 to 22:00, without interruption!

🔑 EASY AND INDEPENDENT CHECK-IN
Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive in total freedom, without restrictions.

🔑 Check-in and check-out
• 🕒 Check-in: starting from 15:00.
• 🕚 Check-out: before 11:00.

🕓 DO YOU NEED TO ARRIVE EARLIER OR LEAVE LATER?
Send us a message at least 12 hours in advance: the service is subject to availability.
• ✅ Early check-in (from 08:00): €40
• ✅ Late check-out (until 15:00): €50

🛏️ SERVICES INCLUDED
• Bed linen and towels provided based on the number of guests and booked beds.
• Basic kitchen kit: tea towel, detergent, sponge, trash bag.
• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 toilet paper rolls per bathroom.

⚠️ FOR HYGIENE REASONS, there is no food in the house (for example sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee).

👶 TRAVELING WITH SMALL CHILDREN?
• Upon request, we offer cribs and high chairs for children aged 0 to 2.
• The service costs €30 for the entire stay, including sheets.

🧾 TOURIST TAX
• €2.50 per person per day, up to a maximum of 10 days.
• Guests under 15 years old are exempt.
• The tax is not included in the booking price.

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION
• We ask you to respect the waste sorting rules.
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of trash.
• Otherwise, a €30 fee will be applied.
