Elegant panoramic house in Rapallo, spread over two main floors with a basement featuring a tavern area and laundry room. Surrounded by greenery and an extensive private garden with olive trees and Mediterranean vegetation, it offers splendid views over the Gulf of Tigullio. Spacious and bright, it features a covered terrace and panoramic balconies, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the authentic atmosphere of the Ligurian Riviera, between sea, nature and charming villages such as Portofino and Santa Margherita Ligure.

One of the most special features of the house is the large covered terrace, where you can enjoy lunch or dinner outdoors while admiring the beautiful view of the sea and the surrounding hills. It is the perfect place for long breakfasts, sunset aperitifs, or relaxing moments immersed in nature. 🌅🌿
The interiors are elegant, bright, and welcoming. The living room is spacious and comfortable, with cozy sofas and large windows that allow plenty of natural light to enter. 🛋️☀️
On the first floor you will find the living area with direct access to the fantastic patio, the dining room, a very well-equipped kitchen 🍽️🍳 and a comfortable guest bathroom.
On the second floor is the sleeping area with three bedrooms: two double bedrooms, both equipped with air conditioning ❄️, and a third bedroom with two single beds. There are also two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub 🛁 and the other with a shower 🚿. The main double bedroom has direct access to the panoramic balcony, from which you can admire the gulf and the surrounding landscape. 🌊
In the basement there is the laundry room and a fourth full bathroom with bathtub.
The house offers spacious and comfortable environments, perfect for families or groups who wish to enjoy a vacation between sea, nature and relaxation. 🏡✨

Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a message on your mobile phone with all the details, including the rental contract related to your stay. For any need, you can contact us through the same channel: we are available every day from 08:00 to 22:00, continuously.
Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In.

🛏️ COMFORTS INCLUDED
• Bed linen and towels provided according to the number of guests and booked beds.
• Basic kitchen kit: dish towel, detergent, sponge, garbage bag.
• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel and 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom.
⚠️ FOR HYGIENIC REASONS, no food items are provided in the house (e.g. sugar, salt, oil, pepper or coffee).
👶 TRAVELING WITH SMALL CHILDREN?
• We offer a crib and high chair upon request for children from 0 to 2 years old.
• The service costs €30 for the entire stay, sheets included.
🐾 PETS WELCOME!
• We are happy to welcome your four-legged friends, upon request and confirmation.
• Additional cost: €30 per stay.
• Any damage to furniture or fabrics will be charged.
🧾 TOURIST TAX
• €2.50 per person per day, up to a maximum of 10 days.
• Children under 15 are exempt.
• The tax is not included in the reservation price.
♻️ WASTE SEPARATION
• Please respect the waste separation rules.
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of garbage.
• Otherwise, a €30 penalty will be applied.
🚭 Important note: smoking is not allowed inside the house. Thank you for your understanding.
❄️🔥 DURING THE WINTER PERIOD (01/11 – 31/03), for stays starting from 29 days, electricity and heating consumption are not included in the stay rate and an additional supplement will be applied during the period of stay, calculated after verification of the consumption meters.
