Once the reservation is confirmed, you will receive a message on your mobile phone with all the details, including the rental contract related to your stay. For any need, you can contact us through the same channel: we are available every day from 08:00 to 22:00, continuously.

🔑 EASY AND SELF CHECK-IN
Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive freely without constraints.

Send us a message at least 12 hours in advance: the service is subject to availability.

🛏️ COMFORTS INCLUDED
• Bed linen and towels provided according to the number of guests and booked beds.
• Basic kitchen kit: dish towel, detergent, sponge, garbage bag.
• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel and 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom.

⚠️ FOR HYGIENIC REASONS, no food items are provided in the house (e.g. sugar, salt, oil, pepper or coffee).

👶 TRAVELING WITH SMALL CHILDREN?
• We offer a crib and high chair upon request for children from 0 to 2 years old.
• The service costs €30 for the entire stay, sheets included.

🐾 PETS WELCOME!
• We are happy to welcome your four-legged friends, upon request and confirmation.
• Additional cost: €30 per stay.
• Any damage to furniture or fabrics will be charged.

🧾 TOURIST TAX
• €4.00 per person per day, up to a maximum of 10 days, all year round.
• Children under 15 are exempt.
• The tax is NOT included in the reservation price.

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION
• Please respect the waste separation rules.
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of garbage.
• Otherwise, a €30 penalty will be applied.

🚭 Important note: smoking is not allowed inside the house. Thank you for your understanding!

❄️🔥 DURING THE WINTER PERIOD (01/11 – 31/03), for stays starting from 29 days, electricity and heating consumption are not included in the stay rate and an additional supplement will be applied during the period of stay, calculated after verification of the consumption meters.
