Casa Daisy is a prestigious apartment located in a private setting on the hills of Santa Margherita Ligure. The building consists of three units, one on each floor.
An important plus is the large swimming pool, almost for private use, as the other owners rarely use it.
On spring and autumn you can enjoy large spaces both in the garden and on the terraces of the apartment
The house has two parking spaces available.
To reach the House you can use the internal stairs or the comfortable lift that will lead you directly inside the building. Casa Daisy is divided over two floors. On the ground floor you will find a large open space with lounge and dining area. On the same floor there are a double bedroom with private bathroom and wardrobe, a guest bathroom with shower, a second bedroom (study) with a sofa bed. The floor is completed by a spacious super-equipped kitchen and a balcony with a lovely view over the Gulf.
Upstairs you will find a suite consisting of a very spacious double bedroom with attached private walk-in closet and air conditioning. On the floor you will find a bathroom inside which there is a very comfortable and spacious whirlpool tub.
In the morning you can enjoy breakfast on the private terrace that completes the floor.
(The air conditioning system is available only on the second floor of the house)
Santa Margherita Ligure, located in the eastern part of the Portofino Promontory, is about 35 km from Genoa.
