🏠 This apartment on the second floor of an elegant building with an elevator is the perfect choice for those looking for comfort and convenience during their holiday.

It features a bright double bedroom with a private bathroom complete with shower 🚿, a second bedroom with two single beds, and an additional bathroom with shower, so every guest will have their own space to relax.

The spacious and welcoming living room opens onto a beautiful terrace where you can enjoy outdoor moments. The modern, fully equipped kitchen is connected to the living room, ideal for preparing and sharing meals together.

❄️ Air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living room, ensuring freshness and comfort in every season. Perfect for families or groups of friends!

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a message on your phone with all the details, including the rental contract for your stay. For any needs, you can contact us through the same channel: we are available every day from 08:00 to 22:00, non-stop!

🔑 EASY AND SELF CHECK-IN
Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive in total freedom, without constraints.
🔑 Check-in & Check-out
• 🕒 Check-in: from 15:00.
• 🕚 Check-out: by 11:00.

🕓 NEED TO ARRIVE EARLIER OR LEAVE LATER?
Send us a message at least 12 hours in advance: the service is subject to availability.
• ✅ Early check-in (from 08:00): €40
• ✅ Late check-out (until 15:00): €50

🛏️ INCLUDED COMFORTS
• Bed linen and towels provided according to the number of guests and booked beds.
• Basic kitchen kit: tea towel, detergent, sponge, garbage bag.
• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 toilet paper rolls per bathroom.

⚠️ FOR HYGIENE REASONS, no food is provided in the house (e.g. sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee).

👶 TRAVELING WITH SMALL CHILDREN?
• We offer a crib and high chair on request for children from 0 to 2 years.
• The service costs €30 for the entire stay, bed linen included.

🐾 PETS WELCOME!
• We are happy to welcome your four-legged friends, upon request and confirmation.
• Extra cost: €30 per stay.
• Any damage to furniture or fabrics will be charged.

🧾 TOURIST TAX
• €1.50 per person per day, up to a maximum of 7 days.
• Children under 12 are exempt.
• The tax is NOT included in the booking price.

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION
• We kindly ask you to respect the waste separation rules.
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of garbage.
• Otherwise, a penalty of €30 will be applied.
