Its central yet quiet location makes this home the ideal base for an unforgettable vacation.

✨ This cozy and bright home is perfect for a family holiday or a getaway with friends! It features a spacious living room with a double sofa bed and access to a terrace for relaxing outdoors 🌿, a separate kitchen, a large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and a comfortable and functional bathroom with a shower 🚿. Although it does not have private parking, you will easily find solutions nearby.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a message on your phone with all the details, including the rental contract for your stay. For any needs, you can contact us through the same channel: we are available every day, from 08:00 to 22:00, without interruption!

Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive freely, without constraints.

• Bed linen and towels provided according to the number of guests and booked beds
• Basic kitchen kit: tea towel, detergent, sponge, trash bag
• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 toilet paper rolls per bathroom

⚠️ FOR HYGIENE REASONS, no food items are provided in the house (e.g. sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee)

👶 TRAVELING WITH YOUNG CHILDREN?
• We offer a cot and high chair on request for children aged 0 to 2 years
• The service costs €30 for the entire stay, including linen

🐾 PETS WELCOME!
• We are happy to welcome your four-legged friends, upon request and confirmation
• Additional cost: €30 per stay
• Any damage to furniture or fabrics will be charged

🧾 TOURIST TAX
• €2.50 per person per day, for up to 10 days
• Children under 15 are exempt
• The tax is not included in the booking price

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION
• We kindly ask you to respect waste separation rules
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of waste
• Otherwise, a €30 penalty will be applied
