Please note: access requires climbing two long, slightly steep staircases 🚶‍♂️.
🚗 The apartment does not have private parking, but don’t worry: convenient paid parking is available nearby, so you can enjoy your holiday with ease! 😄

Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a message with all the details, including the rental contract. For anything you need, we’re available every day from 08:00 to 22:00.

• Sheets and towels provided based on number of guests and beds booked
• Basic kitchen kit: tea towel, detergent, sponge, bin bag
• Bathroom courtesy kit: soap, shampoo, shower gel and 3 toilet rolls

⚠️ For hygiene reasons, no food items are provided (e.g., sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee).

👶 TRAVELING WITH SMALL CHILDREN?
• We offer a crib and high chair upon request for children aged 0–2.
• The service costs €30 for the entire stay, including sheets.

🐾 PETS WELCOME!
• We’re happy to host your furry friends, subject to request and confirmation.
• Extra cost: €30 per stay
• Any damage to furniture or fabrics will be charged

🧾 TOURIST TAX
• €2.50 per person per day, up to a maximum of 10 days
• Children under 15 are exempt
• The tax is not included in the booking price

• At check-out, the apartment must be free of rubbish
• Otherwise, a €30 penalty will apply
