Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a message on your mobile with all the details, including the rental agreement for your stay. For any needs, you can contact us via the same channel: we are available every day from 08:00 to 22:00, non-stop!

Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive freely, without constraints.

🕓 NEED TO ARRIVE EARLY OR LEAVE LATE?
Send us a message at least 12 hours in advance: service is subject to availability.

• ✅ Late check-out (until 3:00 PM): €50

🛏️ INCLUDED COMFORTS
• Bed linen and towels provided based on the number of guests and booked beds
• Basic kitchen kit: tea towel, detergent, sponge, trash bag
• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 rolls of toilet paper

⚠️ FOR HYGIENE REASONS, no food items are present in the house (e.g. sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee).

👶 TRAVELLING WITH YOUNG CHILDREN?
• We offer a crib and high chair on request for children aged 0 to 2.
• The service costs €30 for the entire stay, including bed linen.

🧾 TOURIST TAX
• The tax is not included in the booking price.

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION
• We kindly ask you to follow the recycling rules.
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of rubbish.
• Otherwise, a €30 fee will apply.
