Ideal for exploring alpine trails, enchanting valleys, and relaxing at the Pré-Saint-Didier thermal baths or the ice rink. Emotions and nature, in both summer and winter!

🏡 Cozy two-story apartment with private garden 🌿, perfect for relaxing after a day in the mountains! It features a bedroom with a double bed, two bathrooms 🛁, a bright living/dining room, and a fully equipped separate kitchen.
A convenient spiral staircase connects the two levels.
Parking is included 🚗 and located about 230 meters from the house (3-minute walk).

Once your reservation is confirmed, you’ll receive a message on your phone with all the details, including the rental agreement for your stay. For any needs, you can contact us through the same channel: we are available every day from 08:00 to 22:00, non-stop!

🔑 EASY AND SELF CHECK-IN
Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive freely, without constraints.
🔑 Check-in & Check-out
• 🕒 Check-in: from 3:00 PM.
• 🕚 Check-out: by 11:00 AM.

🕓 NEED TO ARRIVE EARLIER OR LEAVE LATER?
Send us a message at least 12 hours in advance: the service is subject to availability.
• ✅ Early check-in (from 08:00): €40
• ✅ Late check-out (until 3:00 PM): €50

🛏️ INCLUDED COMFORTS
• Bed linen and towels provided based on the number of guests and beds booked.
• Basic kitchen kit: dish towel, detergent, sponge, trash bag.
• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 rolls of toilet paper.

⚠️ FOR HYGIENIC REASONS, no food is provided in the house (e.g. sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee).

🧾 TOURIST TAX
• Between €1.00 and €2.00 (depending on the season) per person per day, up to a maximum of 7 days.
• Children under 15 are exempt.
• The tax is not included in the booking price.

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION
• Please respect the waste separation rules.
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of trash.
• Otherwise, a €30 penalty will apply.

🐾 PETS WELCOME!
• We’re happy to welcome your four-legged friends, upon request and confirmation (SMALL DOGS ONLY).
• Additional cost: €30 per stay.
• Any damage to furniture or fabrics will be charged.
