It features three well-equipped bedrooms: one double, one with two single beds (which can be joined into a double), and one with a bunk bed, all tastefully decorated with a warm atmosphere ✨.
The accommodation includes two comfortable and modern bathrooms 🚿, a bright living room, and a modern kitchen with dining area.
Outside, a large green area to relax 🌿 and a private parking space 🚗 for maximum convenience!

🛏️ INCLUDED COMFORTS
• Bed linen and towels provided according to the number of guests and beds booked.
• Basic kitchen kit: tea towel, detergent, sponge, trash bag.
• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 rolls of toilet paper.

⚠️ FOR HYGIENE REASONS, no food items are provided in the house (e.g., sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee).

🧾 TOURIST TAX
• Between €1.00 and €2.00 (depending on the period) per day, up to a maximum of 7 days.
• Children under 15 are exempt.
• The tax is not included in the booking price.

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION
• We kindly ask you to follow the waste separation rules.
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of waste.
• Otherwise, a €30 fee will be charged.
