🏡 The house is spacious and perfect for a vacation surrounded by comfort and nature! On the ground floor, you’ll find a living room with dining area and an open-plan kitchen, which opens onto a terrace ideal for enjoying the mountain air 🌄. The sofa is a comfortable double bed.
Upstairs, there is a double bedroom and another cozy lounge area with a second double sofa bed.
There are two modern and functional bathrooms 🚿.
A private parking space 🚗 completes the offer for a carefree holiday! 😊

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a message on your phone with all the details, including the rental agreement for your stay. For any need, you can contact us through the same channel: we are available every day, from 08:00 to 22:00, non-stop!

Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive freely, with no restrictions.

Send us a message at least 12 hours in advance: the service is subject to availability.

🛏️ INCLUDED COMFORTS
• Bed linen and towels provided based on the number of guests and beds booked.
• Basic kitchen kit: tea towel, detergent, sponge, trash bag.
• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 rolls of toilet paper.

⚠️ FOR HYGIENE REASONS, no food items are provided in the house (e.g. sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee).

🧾 TOURIST TAX
• Between €0.75 and €1.50 (depending on the season) per day, up to a maximum of 7 days.
• Children under 15 are exempt.
• The tax is not included in the booking price.

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION
• Please respect the waste separation rules.
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of waste.
• If not, a €30 penalty will be applied.
