🏡 Cozy apartment with 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed, and the other with a bunk bed, perfect for families or groups of friends. The sofa bed in the living room 🛋️ offers space for 2 additional guests.
🚿 The bathroom has a shower, and the kitchen is fully equipped 🍽️, including a dishwasher for maximum comfort.
🌄 Outside, a small terrace awaits you to enjoy the alpine landscape with a coffee or a nice glass of wine 🍷.
🚗 There is no private parking, but you’ll easily find a spot nearby. And once inside, you’ll immediately realize that the apartment’s comfort makes up for every extra step!

Once your reservation is confirmed, you’ll receive a message on your phone with all the details, including the rental agreement for your stay. For any need, you can contact us through the same channel: we are available every day, from 08:00 to 22:00, non-stop!

Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive freely, without restrictions.

🕓 NEED TO ARRIVE EARLY OR LEAVE LATE?
Send us a message at least 12 hours in advance: service is subject to availability.
• ✅ Early check-in (from 08:00): €40
• ✅ Late check-out (until 15:00): €50

🛏️ INCLUDED COMFORTS
• Bed linens and towels provided according to the number of guests and beds booked.
• Basic kitchen kit: dish towel, detergent, sponge, trash bag.
• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 rolls of toilet paper.

⚠️ FOR HYGIENIC REASONS, no food is provided in the house (e.g., sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee).

🧾 TOURIST TAX
• Between €1.00 and €2.00 (depending on the period) per day, up to a maximum of 7 days.
• Children under 15 are exempt.
• The tax is not included in the booking price.

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION
• Please respect local recycling rules.
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of garbage.
• Otherwise, a €30 penalty will be applied.

🐾 PETS WELCOME!
• We’re happy to host your four-legged friends, upon request and confirmation (ONLY SMALL PETS).
• Additional cost: €30 per stay.
