Welcome to Petit Chalet Anna 🏔️, a warm and cozy apartment-chalet, perfect for a holiday with family or friends. Just a few steps from the center of La Thuile and the ski slopes 🎿, our chalet welcomes you with handcrafted wooden interiors, alpine atmosphere, and a stunning view of the glacier ❄️.
Two double bedrooms, a charming triple room loved by children ✨, spacious dining areas, two bathrooms with showers 🚿, and every comfort you need to relax after a day outdoors. A garage is also available on request 🚗, along with ski storage.
Here, the mountains are truly within reach! ❤️⛰️

Once the booking is confirmed, you will receive a message on your phone with all the details, including the rental agreement for your stay. For any needs, you can contact us through the same channel: we are available every day from 08:00 to 22:00, non-stop!

🔑 EASY AND SELF CHECK-IN
Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive with complete freedom, without constraints.
🔑 Check-in & Check-out
• 🕒 Check-in: from 15:00.
• 🕚 Check-out: by 11:00.

🕓 NEED TO ARRIVE EARLIER OR LEAVE LATER?
Send us a message at least 12 hours in advance: the service is subject to availability.
• ✅ Early check-in (from 08:00): €40
• ✅ Late check-out (until 15:00): €50

🛏️ INCLUDED COMFORTS
• Bed linen and towels provided according to the number of guests and beds booked.
• Basic kitchen kit: dish towel, detergent, sponge, trash bag.
• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom.

⚠️ FOR HYGIENE REASONS, no food items are available in the house (e.g., sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee).

🧾 TOURIST TAX
• Between €1.00 and €2.00 (depending on the season) per day, up to a maximum of 7 days.
• Children under 15 are exempt.
• The tax is not included in the booking price.

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION
• Please respect the waste separation rules.
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of trash.
• Otherwise, a €30 fee will be charged.
