The three bedrooms offer ideal solutions for every need: a double bedroom wrapped in pleasant tranquility 🛌, a room with a practical bunk bed perfect for little ones or those who want their own corner 🧸, and a third room with a comfortable double sofa bed, ideal for guests or larger families 🛏️.

The two modern bathrooms, both with showers, ensure comfort and convenience 🚿. The fully equipped kitchen, also featuring a dishwasher, invites you to prepare meals to enjoy together in the dining area 🍽️, while the warm and welcoming living room is perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Courmayeur 🛋️✨.

Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive freely without constraints.

🛏️ INCLUDED COMFORTS
• Bed linens and towels provided based on the number of guests and beds booked.
• Basic kitchen kit: tea towel, detergent, sponge, trash bag.
• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 toilet paper rolls per bathroom.

🧾 TOURIST TAX
• Between €1.00 and €2.00 (depending on the period) per day, up to a maximum of 7 days.
• Children under 15 are exempt.
• The tax is not included in the booking price.

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION
• Please respect the rules of separate waste collection.
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of waste.
• Otherwise, a €30 fee will be applied.
