The spacious open-plan living area combines lounge, kitchen, and dining area in a bright and harmonious space 🌿. From here, you can access a wonderful balcony, where you can relax and enjoy peaceful mountain evenings, perhaps with a warm drink in your hands ☕️❄️.
In the living room, you will find a comfortable double sofa bed, while the bedroom, with a double bed and attic ceiling, creates an intimate and welcoming atmosphere 🛏️. The modern bathroom with shower adds an extra touch of practicality and comfort.

Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a message on your phone with all the details, including the rental agreement related to your stay. For any needs, you can contact us through the same channel: we are available every day from 08:00 to 22:00 without interruption!

Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive freely and without restrictions.

Send us a message at least 12 hours in advance: the service is subject to availability.

• ✅ Late check-out (until 3:00 PM): €50

🛏️ INCLUDED COMFORTS
• Bed linen and towels provided according to the number of guests and booked beds.
• Basic kitchen kit: dish towel, detergent, sponge, trash bag.
• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 toilet paper rolls per bathroom.

⚠️ FOR HYGIENE REASONS, no food items are provided in the house (e.g. sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee).

👶 TRAVELING WITH SMALL CHILDREN?
• We offer a crib and high chair on request for children from 0 to 2 years old.
• The service costs €30 for the entire stay, including bed linen.

🐾 PETS WELCOME!
• We are happy to welcome your four-legged friends upon request and confirmation.
• Additional cost: €30 per stay.
• Any damage to furniture or fabrics will be charged.

🧾 TOURIST TAX
• Between €1.00 and €2.00 (depending on the season) per day, up to a maximum of 7 days.
• Children under 15 are exempt.
• The tax is not included in the booking price.

♻️ RECYCLING
• Please respect the waste separation rules.
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of rubbish.
• Otherwise, a €30 penalty will be applied.
