🏡 The apartment features a bright open-space living room with sitting area, dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen, perfect for feeling at home right away!
The bedroom has two single beds joined together to create a comfortable double bed, and the modern bathroom includes a practical shower 🚿.
⚠️ The house does NOT have private parking, but this won’t be a problem compared to everything you can enjoy during your holiday! 🌄

Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a message on your phone with all the details, including the rental agreement related to your stay. For any needs, you can contact us through the same channel: we are available every day from 08:00 to 22:00 without interruption!

Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive freely and without restrictions.

🕓 NEED TO ARRIVE EARLY OR LEAVE LATE?
Send us a message at least 12 hours in advance: the service is subject to availability.
• ✅ Early check-in (from 8:00 AM): €40
• ✅ Late check-out (until 3:00 PM): €50

🛏️ INCLUDED COMFORTS
• Bed linen and towels provided according to the number of guests and booked beds.
• Basic kitchen kit: dish towel, detergent, sponge, trash bag.
• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 toilet paper rolls per bathroom.

⚠️ FOR HYGIENE REASONS, no food items are provided in the house (e.g. sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee).

🧾 TOURIST TAX
• Between €1.00 and €2.00 (depending on the season) per person per day, up to a maximum of 7 days.
• Children under 15 are exempt.
• The tax is not included in the booking price.

♻️ RECYCLING
• Please respect the waste separation rules.
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of rubbish.
• Otherwise, a €30 penalty will be applied.
