🏡 Cozy apartment with 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with bunk beds, perfect for families or groups of friends. The sofa bed in the living room 🛋️ offers space for 2 additional guests.
🚿 The bathroom features a shower, while the kitchen is fully equipped 🍽️, including a dishwasher for maximum convenience.
🌄 Outside, a small terrace awaits you to enjoy the alpine scenery with a coffee or a good glass of wine 🍷.
🚗 There is no private parking, but you will easily find parking nearby. And once inside, you’ll immediately understand that the apartment’s comfort is worth every extra step!

Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a message on your phone with all the details, including the rental agreement related to your stay. For any needs, you can contact us through the same channel: we are available every day from 08:00 to 22:00 without interruption!

🔑 EASY SELF CHECK-IN
Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive freely and without restrictions.

• 🕒 Check-in: from 3:00 PM
• 🕚 Check-out: by 11:00 AM

🕓 NEED TO ARRIVE EARLY OR LEAVE LATE?
Send us a message at least 12 hours in advance: the service is subject to availability.
• ✅ Early check-in (from 8:00 AM): €40
• ✅ Late check-out (until 3:00 PM): €50

🛏️ INCLUDED COMFORTS
• Bed linen and towels provided according to the number of guests and booked beds.
• Basic kitchen kit: dish towel, detergent, sponge, trash bag.
• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 toilet paper rolls per bathroom.

⚠️ FOR HYGIENE REASONS, no food items are provided in the house (e.g. sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee).

🧾 TOURIST TAX
• Between €1.00 and €2.00 (depending on the season) per day, up to a maximum of 7 days.
• Children under 15 are exempt.
• The tax is not included in the booking price.

♻️ RECYCLING
• Please respect the waste separation rules.
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of rubbish.
• Otherwise, a €30 penalty will be applied.

🐾 PETS WELCOME!
• We are happy to welcome your four-legged friends upon request and confirmation (SMALL PETS ONLY).
• Additional cost: €30 per stay.
• Any damage to furniture or fabrics will be charged.
