It features two bedrooms: one with a comfortable double bed and the other with two single beds. In the living room, you’ll find a large sofa bed for two guests and a dining area ideal for sharing special moments 🍽️. The kitchen is practical and fully equipped, including a dishwasher, so you can feel right at home. The bathroom is modern and features a comfortable shower 🚿. The apartment also offers a lovely balcony for relaxing, a well-kept shared garden 🌿, and private garage parking 🚗. Everything you need for an unforgettable mountain holiday! ⛷️✨

• Bed linen and towels provided according to the number of guests and booked beds.

• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 toilet paper rolls per bathroom.

👶 TRAVELING WITH SMALL CHILDREN?
• We offer a crib and high chair on request for children from 0 to 2 years old.
• The service costs €30 for the entire stay, including bed linen.

⚠️ FOR HYGIENE REASONS, no food items are provided in the house (e.g. sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee).

🧾 TOURIST TAX
• Between €1.00 and €2.00 (depending on the season) per day, up to a maximum of 7 days.
• Children under 15 are exempt.
• The tax is not included in the booking price.

♻️ RECYCLING
• Please respect the waste separation rules.
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of rubbish.
• Otherwise, a €30 penalty will be applied.
