🏡 The house is spread over three levels, thoughtfully designed to provide spacious and welcoming living areas:

🔥 Lower level: a cozy lounge with a fireplace and a guest bathroom, perfect for unwinding after a day by the sea.
🍽️ Ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, and toaster), a spacious living room, dining area, and guest bathroom.
🛏️ First floor: four bedrooms (two with double beds and two with bunk beds), 🚿 two full bathrooms with bathtubs, and ❄️ air conditioning in all bedrooms.

Once your reservation has been confirmed, you will receive a message on your mobile phone with all the details, including the rental agreement related to your stay. If you need any assistance, you can contact us through the same chat: we are available every day from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Access to the apartment is via Self Check-in, allowing you to arrive whenever it is most convenient for you.

🛏️ INCLUDED SERVICES

• Bed linen and towels are provided according to the number of guests and reserved beds.

• Basic kitchen starter kit: kitchen towel, dishwashing detergent, sponge, and garbage bag.

• Bathroom courtesy kit: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom.


⚠️ FOR HYGIENE REASONS, no food items are provided in the house (such as sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee).


⚠️ CAMOGLI is a charming seaside village with a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) in the historic center. If you plan to arrive by car 🚗, we recommend checking the access times. In any case, you will find several paid parking areas 🅿️ where you can safely leave your vehicle and enjoy your stay without worries. 😊


👶 TRAVELING WITH YOUNG CHILDREN?

• A baby cot and high chair are available upon request for children aged 0–2 years.

• The service costs €30 for the entire stay, including bed linen.


🧾 TOURIST TAX

• €3.00 per person, per day, up to a maximum of 7 days, all year round.

• Children under 15 years old are exempt.

• The tourist tax is not included in the reservation price.


♻️ RECYCLING

• Please help us by following the local recycling rules.

• At check-out, the apartment must be left free of all rubbish.

• Otherwise, a €30 disposal fee will be charged.

❄️🔥 DURING THE WINTER SEASON (01/11 – 31/03)

For stays of 29 nights or more, electricity and heating consumption are not included in the accommodation rate. Consumption will be calculated according to the meter readings and charged to the guest at the end of the stay after the final inspection.
