• Bed linen and towels provided according to the number of guests and booked beds.

• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 toilet paper rolls per bathroom.

⚠️ FOR HYGIENE REASONS, there are no food items in the house (such as sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee).

👶 TRAVELING WITH SMALL CHILDREN?
• We offer a baby cot and high chair upon request for children aged 0–2 years.
• The service costs €30 for the entire stay, including bed linen.

🧾 CITY TAX
• €4.00 per person per day, up to a maximum of 10 days, all year round.
• Children under 15 years old are exempt.
• The tax is NOT included in the booking price.

♻️ RECYCLING
• Please respect the recycling rules.
• At check-out, the apartment must be left free of waste.
• Otherwise, a €30 penalty fee will be applied.

• We are happy to welcome your four-legged friends upon request and confirmation. (SMALL DOGS ONLY)
• Additional cost: €30 per stay.
• Any damage to furniture or fabrics will be charged.

❄️🔥 DURING THE WINTER PERIOD (01/11 – 31/03), for stays of 29 days or longer, electricity and heating consumption are not included in the stay rate. Consumption will be calculated according to meter readings and charged to the guest at the end of the stay after the final consumption check.
