Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive freely, without restrictions.

• Bed linen and towels provided based on the number of guests and beds booked
• Basic kitchen kit: dish towel, dish soap, sponge, trash bag
• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 toilet rolls per bathroom

⚠️ FOR HYGIENE REASONS, no food items are provided in the house (e.g. sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee)

👶 TRAVELING WITH SMALL CHILDREN?
• We offer a crib and high chair upon request for children aged 0 to 2 years
• The service costs €30 for the entire stay, including linens

🐾 PETS WELCOME!
• We are happy to welcome your four-legged friends, upon request and confirmation
• Additional cost: €30 per stay
• Any damage to furniture or fabrics will be charged accordingly

🧾 TOURIST TAX
• €4.00 per person per day, up to a maximum of 10 days, year-round.
• Children under 15 are exempt
• The tax is not included in the reservation price

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION
• Please respect the recycling rules
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of waste
• Otherwise, a €30 fee will apply

❄️🔥 DURING THE WINTER PERIOD (01/11 – 31/03), for stays of 29 days or more, electricity and heating consumption are not included in the stay rate. Consumption will be calculated based on the meter readings and charged to the guest at the end of the stay, after the final verification of usage
