In this independent chalet, spread across three floors, every space tells a story of warmth and hospitality. The top level hosts a romantic mezzanine loft, an intimate retreat where you can relax after a day exploring the wonders of Courmayeur ✨. The three bedrooms, two with French beds and one with a comfortable double sofa bed, wrap guests in an atmosphere of peace; in the loft, an additional sofa bed completes the magic of the spaces. The two modern bathrooms offer all the comfort needed to recharge 🚿. The fully equipped kitchen, also featuring a dishwasher, invites you to prepare meals to share with loved ones 🍽️. A practical laundry area with washing machine and dryer makes your stay even more comfortable, making you truly feel at home 🧺. Outside, a private garden welcomes peaceful moments, while covered parking makes every arrival simple and stress-free. A chalet designed for experiencing authentic emotions surrounded by nature, harmony, and alpine magic.

Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a message on your phone with all the details, including the rental agreement related to your stay. For any needs, you can contact us through the same channel: we are available every day from 08:00 to 22:00 without interruption!

🔑 EASY SELF CHECK-IN
Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive freely and without restrictions.

• 🕚 Check-out: by 11:00 AM

🕓 NEED TO ARRIVE EARLY OR LEAVE LATE?
Send us a message at least 12 hours in advance: the service is subject to availability.
• ✅ Early check-in (from 8:00 AM): €40
• ✅ Late check-out (until 3:00 PM): €50

🛏️ INCLUDED COMFORTS
• Bed linen and towels provided according to the number of guests and booked beds.
• Basic kitchen kit: dish towel, detergent, sponge, trash bag.
• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 toilet paper rolls per bathroom.

⚠️ FOR HYGIENE REASONS, no food items are provided in the house (e.g. sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee).

👶 TRAVELING WITH SMALL CHILDREN?
• We offer a crib and high chair on request for children from 0 to 2 years old.
• The service costs €30 for the entire stay, including bed linen.

🐾 PETS ARE WELCOME!
• We will be happy to host your four-legged friends upon request and confirmation. SMALL DOGS ONLY
• Extra cost: €30 per stay.
• Any damage caused to furniture or fabrics will be charged.

🧾 TOURIST TAX
• Between €1.00 and €2.00 (depending on the season) per day, up to a maximum of 7 days.
• Children under 15 are exempt.
• The tax is not included in the booking price.

♻️ RECYCLING
• Please respect the waste separation rules.
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of rubbish.
• Otherwise, a €30 penalty will be applied.
