It features three well-equipped bedrooms: one double bedroom, one room with two single beds (which can be joined into a double bed), and one room with bunk beds, all tastefully furnished with a warm atmosphere ✨.
The accommodation also includes two comfortable modern bathrooms 🚿, a bright living room, and a modern kitchen with dining area.
Outside, you’ll find a large green space to relax 🌿 and private parking 🚗 for maximum convenience!

🛏️ INCLUDED COMFORTS
• Bed linen and towels provided according to the number of guests and booked beds.
• Basic kitchen kit: dish towel, detergent, sponge, trash bag.
• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 toilet paper rolls per bathroom.

⚠️ FOR HYGIENE REASONS, no food items are provided in the house (e.g. sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee).

🧾 TOURIST TAX
• Between €1.00 and €2.00 (depending on the season) per person per day, up to a maximum of 7 days.
• Children under 15 are exempt.
• The tax is not included in the booking price.

♻️ RECYCLING
• Please respect the waste separation rules.
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of rubbish.
• Otherwise, a €30 penalty will be applied.
