🏡 The house is spacious and perfect for a mountain holiday with family or friends! 🏔️
It features a cozy living room with sitting area, dining area, and open-plan kitchen, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, and a third bedroom with a single bed. There are also two bathrooms: one with a bathtub 🛁 and one with a shower 🚿.
Guests also have access to a convenient private parking space in the garage 🚗.

The Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) is an area in the town center where vehicle circulation is restricted. This means that access by car is allowed only for authorized vehicles.

• Bed linen and towels provided according to the number of guests and booked beds.
• Basic kitchen kit: dish towel, detergent, sponge, trash bag.
• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 toilet paper rolls per bathroom.

⚠️ FOR HYGIENE REASONS, no food items are provided in the house (e.g. sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee).

🧾 TOURIST TAX
• Between €1.00 and €2.00 (depending on the season) per person per day, up to a maximum of 7 days.
• Children under 15 are exempt.
• The tax is not included in the booking price.

♻️ RECYCLING
• Please respect the waste separation rules.
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of rubbish.
• Otherwise, a €30 penalty will be applied.
