Ideal for 3 guests, it is spread over two floors full of light and warmth. On the ground floor, a welcoming living room with dining area, a large independent and well-equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom with shower, and access to a terrace overlooking the hills of Rapallo and the gulf. On the upper floor, there is a double bedroom with breathtaking views, a single bedroom, and a second bathroom with shower. All rooms are equipped with heating, for perfect comfort at any time. 🌅

🚗📏 THE ENTRANCE GATE TO THE PROPERTY has measurements to keep in mind: maximum height 2.10 m, maximum width 2.70 m.

Once the reservation is confirmed, you will receive a message on your mobile phone with all the details, including the rental contract related to your stay. For any need, you can contact us through the same channel: we are available every day from 08:00 to 22:00, without interruption!

🔑 EASY AND SELF-SERVICE CHECK-IN
Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive in total freedom, without restrictions.

🔑 Check-in and check-out
• 🕒 Check-in: from 15:00.
• 🕚 Check-out: before 11:00.

Send us a message at least 12 hours in advance: the service depends on availability.

🛏️ SERVICES INCLUDED
• Bed linen and towels provided based on the number of guests and booked beds.
• Basic kitchen kit: tea towel, detergent, sponge, trash bag.
• Courtesy set for the bathroom: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 toilet paper rolls per bathroom.

⚠️ FOR HYGIENE REASONS, there is no food in the house (for example sugar, salt, oil, pepper or coffee).

👶 TRAVELING WITH SMALL CHILDREN?
• Upon request, we offer cribs and high chairs for children aged 0 to 2.
• The service costs €30 for the entire stay, sheets included.

🧾 TOURIST TAX
• €2.50 per person per day, up to a maximum of 10 days.
• Guests under 15 years old are exempt.
• The tax is not included in the booking price.

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION
• We ask you to respect waste sorting rules.
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of trash.
• Otherwise, a €30 fee will be applied.

❄️🔥 DURING THE WINTER PERIOD (01/11 – 31/03), for stays of 29 days or more, electricity and heating consumption are not included in the stay rate. Consumption will be calculated based on the meter readings and charged to the guest at the end of the stay, after the final verification of usage.
