It includes a double bedroom with a single sofa bed and a double sofa bed in the living room, a comfortable bathroom with shower 🚿 and air conditioning ❄️. Perfect for families looking for relaxation and convenience.
📍 Just a few minutes’ walk from the center, the beach, and public transport – no car is needed to explore Chiavari and surroundings.
🚗 Even without private parking, free spots can easily be found nearby. The convenience of the location is worth it! 😉

Once the booking is confirmed, you will receive a message on your phone with all the details, including the rental agreement for your stay. For any needs, you can contact us through the same channel: we are available every day, from 08:00 to 22:00, non-stop!

🔑 EASY AND AUTONOMOUS CHECK-IN
Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive in complete freedom, without constraints.

🕓 NEED TO ARRIVE EARLY OR LEAVE LATE?
Send us a message at least 12 hours in advance: service is subject to availability.

• ✅ Late check-out (until 15:00): €50

🛏️ INCLUDED COMFORT
• Bed linen and towels provided based on the number of guests and beds booked.
• Basic kitchen kit: dish towel, detergent, sponge, garbage bag.
• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom.

⚠️ FOR HYGIENIC REASONS, no food items are provided in the house (e.g. sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee).

👶 TRAVELING WITH SMALL CHILDREN?
• We offer a crib and high chair on request for children from 0 to 2 years old.
• The service costs €30 for the entire stay, including linens.

🐾 PETS WELCOME!
• We are happy to welcome your four-legged friends, upon request and confirmation.
• Additional cost: €30 per stay.
• In case of any damage to furniture or fabrics, it will be charged.

🧾 TOURIST TAX
• €1.50 per person per day, up to a maximum of 7 days.
• Children under 12 are exempt.
• The tax is not included in the booking price.

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION
• We ask you to follow the waste separation rules.
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of waste.
• Otherwise, a penalty of €30 will be applied.
