🛏️ YOUR ACCOMMODATION

🏠 The apartment is located on the third floor (no elevator) of a typical Ligurian building 🏡 and is spread over two levels, connected by an internal staircase. It offers a comfortable living space full of amenities.
On the first floor, you’ll find a large living area with two comfortable sofas, perfect for relaxing with company, an open-plan fully equipped kitchen, dining table, one bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with shower box 🚿.
Upstairs in the attic, you’ll enjoy a breathtaking view 🌅 from the windows and small balcony, and the space includes a sofa bed for two, a single bed.
🚗 The apartment does not have private parking, but about 500 meters away there is a convenient paid parking lot 🅿️. This won’t be a problem at all: the short walk is the perfect opportunity to enjoy the wonderful landscapes of Camogli 🌿🌊, with charming views and the scent of the sea. A short path worth every step! 😊

Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive freely, without constraints.

⚠️ FOR HYGIENE REASONS, no food items are provided in the house (e.g. sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee)

⚠️ CAMOGLI is a charming village with a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) in the “Historic Center.” If you decide to visit Camogli by car 🚗, we recommend checking the access times. In any case, paid parking 🅿️ is available in town where you can leave your car and enjoy your stay worry-free! 😊

👶 TRAVELING WITH SMALL CHILDREN?
• We offer a crib and high chair upon request for children aged 0 to 2 years
• The service costs €30 for the entire stay, including linens

🐾 PETS WELCOME!
• We are happy to welcome your four-legged friends, upon request and confirmation
• Additional cost: €30 per stay
• Any damage to furniture or fabrics will be charged accordingly

🧾 TOURIST TAX
• €2.50 per person per day, up to a maximum of 7 days
• Children under 15 are exempt
• The tax is not included in the reservation price

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION
• Please respect the recycling rules
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of waste
• Otherwise, a €30 fee will apply

❄️🔥 DURING THE WINTER PERIOD (01/11 – 31/03), for stays longer than 30 days, a small extra charge is applied for electricity and heating consumption.
