As soon as you step inside, you’ll be welcomed by a bright and cozy living room ✨ designed as a spacious open-plan area dedicated to relaxation. Here you’ll find a modern, fully equipped kitchen 🍳, perfect for preparing meals after a day on the slopes, a comfortable dining area, and a cozy sofa bed 🛋️ that creates the perfect atmosphere for warm winter evenings.

From the living area, you can access a beautiful terrace 🌬️❄️, a magical corner where you can enjoy the winter atmosphere while sipping a hot drink, breathing in the fresh mountain air, and listening to the peaceful silence of the Alps.

The sleeping area features a warm and intimate bedroom with a French-size bed 🛌, designed to ensure deep and restful sleep. The modern bathroom 🚿 includes a comfortable shower for complete relaxation.

Reaching this apartment is already part of the experience: access is exclusively via the Courmayeur Mont Blanc cable car 🚠, a scenic journey between snow and sky that immediately immerses you in the authentic atmosphere of the Alps. If you arrive by car, there is a paid parking area 🅿️ just 30 meters from the cable car station.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Access ONLY by cable car — Not accessible by car

The property can only be reached by cable car, and the cable car ticket cost is paid by guests.
Please note that the cable car does NOT operate between 12:00 AM and 08:45 AM, so it is not possible to go up or down during those hours.

⚠️ FOR HYGIENE REASONS, no food items are provided in the house (e.g. sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee).

🧾 TOURIST TAX
• Between €1.00 and €2.00 (depending on the season) per day, up to a maximum of 7 days.
• Children under 15 are exempt.
• The tax is not included in the booking price.

♻️ RECYCLING
• Please respect the waste separation rules.
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of rubbish.
• Otherwise, a €30 penalty will be applied.
